How Spray Foam Insulation Texarkana Works

Spray Foam Insulation Texarkana insulates and air seals homes, crawl spaces, shops and pole barns on both sides of the state line: Texarkana, Texas and Texarkana, Arkansas, plus the towns of Bowie, Cass, Miller and Little River counties. We spray open-cell and closed-cell foam, insulate and seal crawl spaces, blow in cellulose and fiberglass, and remove attic insulation that is wet, dirty or worn out.

This is humid country. Summers are hot and sticky, winters bring hard freezes now and then, and about 50 inches of rain a year keeps the ground damp. That means we look at moisture as closely as we look at R-value. A visit usually covers the attic, the crawl space if the house has one, and any outbuilding you want included. We measure what insulation is there and how it has held up, find the air leaks, and look for wet wood, standing water, sagging batts and pest damage.

Then we write it up. Each area on the quote lists the material, thickness or depth, the R-value it reaches and the price. If two approaches would both work, we show both.

How we work

  • Look before pricing. Every quote follows a visit.
  • Moisture first. Leaks and drainage problems get fixed before insulation covers them.
  • Seal, then insulate. Air leaks get closed before new insulation goes in.
  • Right code for your side of the line. Texas and Arkansas use different energy codes, and we know which applies.
  • Clean work. Floors covered, work areas closed off, cleanup at the end.
  • No surprises. Changes get explained and approved in writing.
